They who employ 95% of the workforce considering that they pay government worker wages and salaries as well out of their taxation except this time to do something useful rather than hinder and hamstring the economy such that there is no industry worth speaking of with its HQ in Australia

Show me someone that uses smaller or larger amounts of untraceable paper money and I will show you dodgy activity similar to offshore bank accounts that will also be liable along with bitcoin aetherium casinos odds maker betting shops handcuffed suitcases polythene bags full of handcuffed suitcases, polythene / paper bags full of cash will become a thing of the past - can still use real silver gold platinum nickel other ingots of metal - just not as convenient and still require the paperwork ( 100 hours per year) compared to 25 cents per $50 or 50 cents per $100
